OLAER/PARKER Universal Accumulator Charging Kit (UCK03-05)

Charging sets are used to inflate, check, top-up or vent the nitrogen gas precharge in all accumulators. They are to be screwed to the gas valve or bladder stem and connected to the gas regulator that fits the Nitrogen bottles. They are supplied in a plastic case.

Universal charging set fits most of the hydraulic accumulators available on the market. Maximum working pressure: limited by the maximum operating pressure of the installed pressure limited to 400 bar in any case. The universal charging kit allows the charging of a wide variety of accumulators. Adaptors supplied in the kit suit US or European style gas valves as well as the OFC standard ranges.

The charging kit includes a bull nose adaptor for connecting directly to high pressure nitrogen cylinders. However, please note that OLAER rec-ommend the use of a nitrogen regulator (readily available from your gas supplier) to prevent damage to the bladder during charging.

The permanently mounted gauging/charging head allows precharge pressure monitoring (when the accumulator is isolated from ssystem pressure & bled). The UCK is still required for initial precharg-ing as well as precharge maintenance.
